What are the characteristics of a screw press
1. Using shaftless spiral, with a small contact surface with the material and low friction, can improve extrusion efficiency. And there is no blockage or entanglement phenomenon;
2. The equipment is made of stainless steel, with high strength, good corrosion resistance, and long service life;
3. The driving device adopts a shaft mounted direct driving method, which runs smoothly and reliably, and saves energy consumption;
4. The outlet is equipped with a spring baffle to increase the squeezing force and improve the dehydration rate;
5. Except for the inlet and outlet, the rest adopt a sealed structure and use a clean and hygienic environment.
Scope of application of spiral press machine
1. Used for dehydrating and compressing the slag intercepted by the interception grille in water supply and drainage pump stations, sewage treatment plants, and water plants;
2. Dehydration and compression of slag or filter residue in the treatment of industrial wastewater such as papermaking, sugar production, brewing, food processing, slaughtering, leather, textile, printing and dyeing, petrochemicals, etc.
Daily maintenance and upkeep methods for spiral press machines
1. Before use, clean the parts of the equipment that come into contact with the material with cleaning solution.
2. When the pressing work is nearing completion and needs to be stopped, do not stop the machine directly. First, reduce the pressure of the hydraulic system so that the residue of the pressed and dehydrated material can push open the pressure gate at the end of the screening bucket; Alternatively, the forced door can be manually raised and the machine can continue to operate for a period of time until the material residue in the screening bucket can no longer be discharged from the forced door. Then, the machine can be stopped and the remaining material residue in the screening bucket can be cleaned up.
3. During the operation of the machine, efforts should be made to avoid excessive pressure, otherwise it may cause the machine to stop or the sieve bucket to rupture and other malfunctions.
4. The oil temperature of the hydraulic system cannot exceed 60 ℃. Due to the rapid temperature rise when the hydraulic pump is under high pressure, it is recommended that the oil pump work continuously under high pressure for no more than 30 minutes. The temperature rise of each bearing in the transmission system shall not exceed 40 ℃ of room temperature.
5. During the operation of the machine, sharp, hard objects and metal objects should not be allowed to enter the body, as they can damage the components inside the body and affect the normal operation of the machine. They can be selected before the material is pressed.
6. If the machine is not used for a long time, all material residues inside the machine must be rinsed and cleaned with a water gun. Rust prone parts should be coated with grease for protection and placed in a ventilated and dry place.
7. The oil in the hydraulic system should be kept clean. When adding or changing oil, the oil should be filtered using a 120 mesh filter.
8. The bearings of the transmission system should be regularly lubricated with grease for maintenance; The gearbox should be regularly lubricated and maintained; The hydraulic oil tank should be regularly filled with hydraulic oil for maintenance.
